Will Pathfinder stand on it's own? I've heard the head is too heavy and it can't stand

No it cannot stand on its own. The legs of the character are too small for its large head to support

I'm sad it didn't come with a stand. Did anyone else get one?

It doesn’t come with a specific stand, but the plastic inside the box can be used as one. It has a little “pin” that goes inside of the hole under the figurine foot.
