Has the printing of the cards been fixed so that they align?

They align as long as you have the cards all faced in the same direction. If one is upside down, it may not align. It’s always been that way.

Is there a way to just buy replacement cards?

I don't know. But the cards peal on the corners and don't last well.

Are the cards laminated?

They feel like regular playing cards ~ not flimsy. Hope that helps!

Is there a Rack-o game for 8 players.

Mine came with only 4 racks. I suppose you could get 2 sets.
