I got these for my toddler’s room. He’s almost 4 and just started preschool, so he’s bringing home new crud every week. He’s autistic and has sensory needs, so suctioning his nose and spraying saline up it isn’t an easy feat. After a long steamy bath or shower with Vicks shower tabs (running in the sink, not directly near him), we pop one of these in. They’re VERY STRONG! I’m not sensitive to scents normally, but if it’s too close to the bed I get a headache. I put it on the far side of the room and it helps him breathe a little easier at night…. But it’s not a cure-all.🚨 BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE PETS!! 🚨 I know some essential oils are harmful for pets, so I make sure to close the door and not let the cats or dog into his room when we use them.I like this one a lot better than the nighttime lavender one, which is super strong and gives me a migraine. 🫤It’s worth a try! I still think a humidifier, nebulizer, and saline spray is far more effective than Vicks (of any kind).Hope this helps! ☺️

Helped a lot with machine

I only wish they lasted longer. One only smells for about a day out of the package. Then when its in the humidifier even shorter. Which is a shame. They go by so fast I dont want to use them up! I am saving the rest for flu season. I dont believe these will help cure or prevent any sickness. Maaaybe it will clear some stuffiness, but that is a stretch! Definitely not as strong and useful as Vicks rub on. I give it 5 stars for the smell though, and the mind set that these will clean the air and help me when I feel a bit down with the sickness.For the price cannot complain about them. I will most likely get more once there are no more. I just enjoy the smell.

I am reviewing the packaging, not the product itself, which I have not tried. The package was crushed with other items shipped in same box….It is a present to go with the personal Inhaler. No big deal, I was just going to wrap the individual packets in the same box. But he problem was 1 (6 Ct box) was missing. Was told I had to reach out to Vicks with an issue. I contacted them who said that Kaz, Inc handled their products. I gave up after that, not worth the hassle.
