This is the second 5L bottle of this brand of saniser I've bought this year. Like the previous one, I decanted this into smaller bottles designed for storing spirits, and wrapped those in cling film to prevent evaporation.When we bought this, wanted a simple way of testing whether it was genuine or not, and hit upon the christmas pudding approach - putting a small amount in a bowl, taking outside and lighting. If was lower than it stated, it'd need warming in order to light, but this doesn't so it seems the genuine strength. Used this santiser on small wound over the year, and the fact it's kept wounds clear/clean appears to have helped them clear up quicker. So on that basis of preventing infection, I'd say this works.It's a bit runnier than a well known brand like carex, and doesn't have any particular scent added as far as I can tell - just smells of alcohol I guess.Would I recommend it? Well, when this 5L bottle runs low, I'll likely be buying another one, so that's a yes.

This is a great hand sanitiser, doesn't have that overbearing smell that you get with some, it's a nice gel format, not too thick that takes seconds or absorb. This is our 2nd lot of this and will buy again 👌
