I felt a difference using this toner on the first night using it. I have tried many toners where I can't tell if my skin responds to it (meaning it probably doesn't), but my skin drank this in immediately. The next morning my skin looked even and calm with none of my usual redness. The smell is really nice and not heavily perfumed. The texture of the toner is really interesting where its watery, but soaks into your skin very well and doesn't just drip off. I would say the spray nozzle does not produce a "mist." I spray it three times into the palm of my hand and then gently press it into my skin.

I use it by itself when I am running or working out to calm and refresh my face. I make a tini break in long working days to spray on my face and neck the skin complex formula followed by the moisturizer cream over it. It prevents my face from looking tired and cracky or zaggy

Use this as a toner and as a midday hydrating spray. My skin type is extremely dry and this product definitely helps hydrate my skin. Does leave a dewy finish, so if you're not into that I would just use this at night. But I mix this with their acne ampoule and it honestly helps calm down areas I feel are about to break out. Love basically all troiaruke products. And the seller is great too. All my packages arrive in great condition and is always on time.
