Been a hit with everyone in my office! This is some of the best jerky I've had. It's hard to find good sugar free jerky that actually has flavor & this one is it! The hatch chile flavor is delicious & it is not at all spicy (seriously, don't worry about spice if you aren't a spicy food person!). The pieces are 'tougher' than mass produced jerky, they don't use preservatives to make them more shelf stable so it's more dehydrated than most commercial jerky like you'd get at a convenience store. Will definitely be buying again!

This has a great flavor & is SUGAR FREE! That is the way it should be. The ONLY thing is that is is a Little Too Dry, but I love the flavor & the price is Way Better than Most Jerky Companies! A lot of Jerky Companies don't offer 1lb. Options, so they sell at $9 - $10 for 2oz. tiny bags, so that equals out to about $80 a pound! My next favorite from Mah. Smo. Meats is $47 a pound, but as long as this is $34 a pound, I'M ALL IN!

I grew up in New Mexico and love green Chile. I always buy a 10 lb of mild green Chile if I can swing it. I've made con queso that was spicy enough to make you fall in love with green Chile.However this is NOT green Chile. I've worked night shifts where a factory not too far away is mixing red Chile and grinding it in fine powder. The smell that factory spewed out matches the spices on the jerky exactly. Everything about this jerky is red Chile. I am by far extremely upset and disappointed. If I didn't eat about 3 strips of jerky, I would demand a refund. The jerky is good but the spices aren't what I expected. They at least got the red correct because I am feeling the heat well after I finished eating the last bit.But this jerky if you want RED CHILE. DO NOT buy it if you want Green Chile.The jerky comes out thick and it's easy to chew. The spice is mild (even for my gringo tongue) and doesn't hurt when you finish chewing them. For the jerky alone, it is a little moist but I wouldn't write it off as bad. If you prefer yours completely dry, then I suggest not purchasing it.

I tried so many different brands and recipes of jerky in search of the best I’ve lost count.This product has it all and then some. Great quality, flavor and overall, the best I’ve ever had.I highly recommend this product hands down and it will now be my go to jerky. My search for the best is now over. This definitely is it!

Fresh, delicious, and there is A LOT of quality jerky in this bag! Having lived in New Mexico for 30 years, I am disappointed that there is ZERO green chili flavor (not even a hint of green chili). However, this is still excellent jerky and I like it. I will definitely consider buying again.

The ingredient list is easy to understand, and the flavor is good. Unfortunately my entire bag was cut with the grain instead of across it, which made biting of a piece incredibly difficult. I emptied the entire bag and cut it into short pieces.

This variety (Hatch GC) of this brand (PC) absolutely is my "if you could only have one food for the rest of your life" deserted island, fallout shelter, post-apocalypse, pick for sure. I'd live off of it even without the weird twilight zone scenario of unlimited access to a single product in the total absence of civilization if I earned enough working to buy a 1lb bag a day (which is how fast I devour the stuff). This is not to suggest that the price is too high, it is well worth the value- just that the desire for this transcendant nourishment is one of the only remaining things which entices me to pursue wealth, and noticing that the product has become unavailable and possibly replaced with a Limon type, makes me a little worried about the future of flavor in America... Please don't discontinue the Hatch Green Chilie option of your Carna Seca variety. Thanks PC, - Your fan
