Quick drying, flows wet, great for lefties, beautiful color
I have always tried to stay away from blue, black, and blue-black inks but I'd thought I'd try this as a lefty and it didn't disappoint. It dries quick but is still quite a wet flowing ink. The color is really gorgeous too. It's my favorite blue-black ink and I would say out of the 12 or so inks I'm currently rotating through this is in my top 3.Edit: It’s been a couple of years and I’ve used this ink rarely. It’s still a great, quick drying ink. Great for lefties like myself. I will say though that it can look a little flat and boring so if you’re into getting sheen, shimmer, variations in darkness as you write then this might not be for you. That’s not to say it’s not a nice color, it just tends to be flat. At first I really liked how wet the ink flowed but I stopped using it as frequently because it was a little too wet. Even in a fine nib you will get quite a thick line so be careful of what paper you use this with if you want to avoid bleed through and use a non size that’s smaller than what you may be used to. Every ink brand has its own personality I’ve found and Noodler’s inks tend to have differing personalities from ink to ink and batch to batch. This one is wet, fast drying, and flat. I would also caution that you may want to shake the bottle if it’s been sitting for some time. I left the ink on a shelf for a year and it came out very light blue when I returned to it. I shook the bottle to mix it up again and it darkened closer to the tone I remember when I first got it. Still a 5 star ink though.

Noodlers is great ink always.
It's not waterproof, but I gave it five stars for water resistance because I don't think it's supposed to be waterproof. This is, so far, my favorite color of Noodlers. I love this ink. It flows well and does not clog my nibs. It's a lovely color. I love everything about it.

Great ink, stains very well and works well with pens. Do note this ink is a little runny, which is good for not clogging pens but if you have a wider nib you may experience nib creep, and also the ink does flow quick, but it's a solid choice and even a legal color for most applications.

No more ink on my hand.
If you absolutely need a fast drying ink, get QEternity. That feature comes at some trade off, though.I'm lefty so I got this so my hand wouldn't smear over everything I just wrote. It dries REALLY fast. I've had absolutely no smearing since I started using this ink. It flows very easy and lubricates well. It feathers on some paper and bleeds through in small dots on thinner papers, more so than other inks I've used. This happens for me even with fine and extra fine nibs. It's a good business ink. Solid and serious color. Very little shading. Makes a good workhorse ink for jotting quick notes at a very good value. And it's a VERY good buy for lefties with smearing problems.

Bullet Proof
Noodlers does not make the most expensive nor luxurious ink, but for me, their inks are an American made gem. I have a drawer full of ink and I love color and fountain pens. I choose Noodlers inks that are bullet prior (not all, but the ones I choose) for envelopes that will be subject to all kinds of weather conditions, signing documents, some letters etc. I particularly like the Russian line but I have several others. If you still write paper checks, you need bullet proof ink. If you want anything you write not to be tampered with, you need Noodlers (or another brand) of bullet proof ink,It doesnt' really deflect bullets like Superman, but it will not come off anything with cellulose in it no matter what is applied to it: water, thinner, bleach, etc. So, BE CAREFUL. These bottles are literally full to the very top. I always open my Noodlers ink over a silicone mat, just in case. They will stain your fingers if you're not deft at handling ink - you might want to wear nitrile or other gloves the first time - just to minimize newbie collateral damage.Love Noodlers - I have about a dozen.

Serious Ink
This is some serious bulletproof ink! It dries almost instantaneously, and will not come off, smudge or smear. The only problem I've had is getting it on the sleeves of my shirts because it will not come off! The color is very nice, and it's a very dark blue/black.

Leaks from my pens and bleeds through paper!
The ink color is fine. It's a bluish black but pleasant to look at. The problem I have is I'm left handed. The ink smudges as it doesn't dry very fast. It also bleeds through paper consistently. To be fair I do not use it in a super high end pen but other inks performed exceptionally well in my Lamy Safari and Pilot Metropolitan. The one problem that is an absolute deal breaker for me is this ink leaks out of both of my pens all the time. I am always trying to clean ink off my hands or worried it will get on my suits. I wouldn't buy this ink again. I had been using Waterman ink before this with no problems.

Good ink just pay attention to the previous reviews.
This ink is true to the other reviews I read before purchasing. It flows very well, almost too well for my taste. I blended it with private reserve ebony black to help slow the flow in my pens; a preppy and a safari both with extra fine nibs. I write on two part forms for almost everything I do as well as standard costco copy paper. Alone the Q'ternity would bleed quite a bit, but with a half and half mix in my converter it does very well. it is not water proof; I left a fountain soda on my desk and it managed to sweat all over, including a fresh quote I wrote and the bleed was really cool (if you like random tye die art). Learned a valuable lesson there. For what I use my pens for; writing work orders and quotes, this ink is not really what I need. By blending it with the ebony black it works well enough that I am still a happy camper. As for writing on fountain pen compatible papers it's amazing, I've been writing business notes and other things that I try to remember on a large format Rhodia pad and this ink has been very pleasant to write with. Since I really should have been a little more attentive to previous reviews, both on amazon and the interweb; it still gets the 5 stars as the reviews and description were accurate, I'm just very hard headed.
