VueZone Service available as of Aug. 2015
I realize that the product upgrade for VueZone is called Arlo. I've been using VueZone for a few years and it is wonderful. I just purchased another VueZone ( Aug. 2015 ) and now have three base stations and a total of seven cameras at three different locations. Each location has its own unique internet service but all are covered under ONE VueZone account ( Elite -$99/year ).I was concerned whether or not Net Gear would continue to support VueZone. I had no problems with changing my service plan and with activating and de-activating base sets and cameras to get to the arrangement which I use now.In my view the installation and set up and normal operation are simple and straightforward.I have had a chat with the help/service desk and they were patient and VERY helpful. It was some of my security settings on my computer which had to be changed. In the past I have used the free basic service, then upgraded to Premier ( $49/year ) and now to Elite ( $99/year ). Each of the plans were what I needed at the time. As my requirements grew, VueZone was able to accommodate them. One happy customer.

Hours of wasted time.
After hours of wasted time I'm going to make this sweet and short.Trying to purchase a system plus a few accessories here at Amazon was a frustrating experience. I couldn't assemble all the pieces I wanted for this location. I finally gave up and decided to purchase from the vuezone.com on-line store. But they don't have any mention of the outdoor shell accessory. Which doesn't matter because there is no "Buy" button or "Add to Cart" button. Because the on-line store is missing a mechanism to actually purchase anything.http://www.vuezone.com/shop/systems-and-camerasSo I bought a kit here at Amazon. I hooked it up and it didn't work. The internet light would not light up. I even tried it on a different network with no luck.I spent forever on a chat with a clueless representative in who-knows-where far-off overseas land. The case got escalated. The tech support bureaucracy went downhill from there.I decided to just send it back and purchase a product from a different manufacturer.Meanwhile, since I purchased the product for $249.00, the price has suddenly dropped to $140.00. I wouldn't bother with this junk if they paid me $1,000.00!

not as good as d-link
Stuck with these because I have a whole system of them, not as good as d-link, BUT the night LIGHT is excellent for lighting a small patio and the image for capturing night movement is good. I do not appreciate having to pay for a yearly subscription because of multiple cameras. D-Link is free no matter how many cameras you have.

Costly, plus a monthly fee!
Technically a good product; completely wireless, albeit a tradeoff for lower resolution 640x480. But did not expect to pay monthly for the service given the high price.

I wish the quality was better but for what I'm paying for it I guess it does the job. Also, the Apple iPhone6 is much better than the choppy monitoring of my Galaxy S5. Why is that?

easy to install (even on ceiling
easy to install (even on ceiling: you can invert the image on the non-mobile myvuezone page--also the site to perform any software upgrades) and provides good image quality consistent with low energy usage for the system. Very happy with it. Fast vendor delivery.

Good Product
I'm disappointed Netgear no longer is selling the VueZone and is now pushing the new Arlo which is much more expensive. I've had good service with my VueZone system.
