I buy these for my employees who are interested in learning about leadership. It is a very easy quick read for beginners.

This book is a fantastic insight into the world of leadership and a great asset for anyone looking to take notes on how to better themselves. However, I purchased the book brand-new and many of the pages were pre-highlighted and numerous pages had notes written on it by a previous owner. Look for the book elsewhere.

Dr. John Maxwell is an authority when it comes to any subject dealing with the huge and very seldom misunderstood topic called "leadership". I have close to 4 books from Mr. Maxwell, and I have to admit that he has exceeded my expectations in these previous materials, and 21 Indispensable Qualities of A Leader was no exception. Honestly, not too many authors have been able to accomplish what Mr. Maxwell has been able to do with his readers: keep them interested and hungry for more information. This book is an easy but yet very challeging read, not in a linguistic sense but in the sense that it compells the reader to rid himself of any preconceived notions he/she had about leadership.
