Monitor Audio - Bronze BX- Center - 2 -Way Speaker - Black Oak

Quality sound, clear dialog, carries a lot of low end for full tone. No ports seem to work well with installing this in an enclosed shelf in my AV console. Easy to drive with my Denon AVR-S900W.

In my college days, I sold Monitor Audio. These were great speakers then as they are today. It was a great choice for a center channel speaker as the voices are crystal clear. As it's just getting broken-in, each time I listen to it, the sound just gets better. At the price, it was a bargain!

I have this with a pair of BX2 and they are a perfect match. In movies the voices are clear and direct. The speakers are able to produce enough volume to fill a 9 tatami mat size room. The sound is a little muted compared with the newer Bronze Centre.
