Well this was an amazing product when first purchased and installed… but unfortunately it seems it’s wasn’t exactly built to last!The wash nozzle stopped working properly after about seven months, missing its target regardless of position or function chosen. It now no longer extracts or retracts at all, so washer no longer functions. Probably limescale but it not accessible to clean. Instructions also say do not use cleaning products!The night light no longer work either, again not accessible.£199 for less than a year operation… probably should have gone for a more well known brand?

The reason I bought it is because it can be UV sterilized. I am surprised that it is easy to install and I can adjust the water temperature. And it also has a drying function, so I don't need paper towels. Now I don’t have to worry that my parents won’t use it. It’s easy to learn.

Product works well once installed, two issues:1). Seems to clean and wash itself regularly throughout day - I can hear it bleeping lots as it does it2). Unit keeps resetting to factory defaults after every use which means wasted electricity on seat too hot and annoying having to keep changing settings to desired on every use.The unit does however work well, was easy to install and has good features

The media could not be loaded. This toilet seat is so intelligent, I like the UV function for virus sterilization, especially in Covid-19 period, it make me feel more safe. The wash is very gentle and comfortable, the temperature of water can adjust. Especially when I was in my period，it could wash quickly with the drying function:) I love it so much!

Having problems with this product. Have had instructions from Flory to switch off for longer periods for a re set. Still not working properly, keeps switching itself on all through the night, night light & short spray continues.Also had major problems with previous model (FDB 300) which was still under guarantee, was promised to sort out issues but never did. So replaced with this model (FDB 1000) Hoping things would get better. Thinking this was a bad move. Hoping they come back to sort.

Light keeps coming on by itself, UV light does not work, wash function stopped working after a few weeks, wash arm is stuck and will not come out. Getting a refund and have ordered another make.

The seat is ultra-thin and pretty easy to install following the instructions. The seat temperature and water temperatures are adjustable. It is really cool, super techy, and environmentally friendly. I would recommend it.

This toilet seat seems to be very high quality as you would expect given the price, it certainly is full featured: - Antibacterial UV light - Front, Rear and child friendly wash - Heated seat - Seat sensor (stops washing if nobody is seated) - Dryer - Night light - Water, seat and dryer temperature adjustment - Water pressure adjustment - Massage modeIt was easy to install but of course you will need a water supply and power.
