Does the Neo hybrid case still offer mil grade drop protection? If so what’s the height for this rating?

I've had many types of Spiegen cases and drop them from all sorts of heights and never had an issue. Even the slim armour is a great case for protection.

How is the fast wireless charger with this case? i have another brand's case that's charging my s21 ultra extremely slow and i need to exchange asap!

The charging speed is determined by the phone and the wireless charger. Typically the phone case can interfere and disable wireless charging. That being said I have had no issues with the Neo Hybrid case on my S21 Ultra and my Samsung wireless charger

Are there any good tempered glass screen protectors that work with this case?

Probably yes. I had not try a tempered glass screen protector on this phone and I am sure any tempered glass protector will fit with this case. But, due to the curved edge of this phone, I will not try a tempered glass protector, I am using a flexible TPU protector and it is perfect. In the past I had issues with Samsung edge with tempered glass protectors.

Is the case and frame 1 piece or 2 pieces?

Definitely 2 pieces. The frame is one, the TPU is another. Hope this helps!
