INFINITIPRO BY CONAIR Tourmaline Ceramic Crimper; 1-inch Crimper

I used this the first day I rec'd it! It doesn't root lift like the "Rootie" styling tool demonstrates(which is way more expensive & hard to find anywhere other than here at Amazon site) For the over all experience from searching root lifters to ordering/buying to recieving & using this it's been flippen awesome...I love it! Its little enough, it heats up fast, its sturdy do it's not a cheap brand at all (gotta love Bed Head everything!!) I'm not sure it give me the body or lift at my roots but its do easy to use every day first tools after drying hair i use now that it doesn't matter if anyone notices but myself it's worth the no effort just in case routine!!! So I am very happy with my purchase even if I now got an actual "Rootie" lifter I've already have used it enough that its paid for itself in more ways than one!Hope this helped in any questions you or anyone may have purchasing this product & just to add: "Bed Head" products from head to toe is really a great line to go to! I've been using since they first came into the beauty world(they were the best ever)...the only reason I kept up my license so I could continue purchasing product& specials with a huge discount! Then they went kinda generic over the counter, purchasing at grocery stores & letting everyone but...it hasn't been such a wow factor anymore & purchasing this little tools reminds me I shld use their products more when needing something!!Thank you now that I've totally gone off track for this review! I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old. She has fun using it and her friends commented that her crimped hair was neato when she wore the hairdo to school the other day. This tool makes smaller crimps than what I was expecting. I grew up in the 80s and the crimper I had then made larger crimps. I actually prefer the smaller crimp style of this item-- it's much neater!

At the age of 50-something, I was looking for a crimper to add a little pizazz to my fine, shoulder-length hair. I used to have another crimper many years back and loved the look. After reading several reviews, I decided to try this one and now I almost can't go without my hair being crimped.The waves are fine, so if you are looking for more defined crimps, get a one with larger crimping plates. For me, this one offers a hint of the crimp but absolutely fantastic volume - I usually pull my hair up in a messy ponytail and let my bangs cascade around my face - a perfect look for me.Depending on your hair type, you can control the heat settings. The buttons are easy to find and light up depending on your selection. Heat up time is lightning quick!I only need to wash my hair twice a week and the crimp holds from shampoo to shampoo. As with use of ANY hair appliance, I would recommend the use of a heat protectant product.All in all, I have found Conair to be a reputable name brand and this crimper does not disappoint. It gives great value for its price.

I ordered this 1" micro crimper to replace my old 1/2" model that cracked after taking an unfortunate tumble from a top shelf onto a tile floor. I loved the 1/2" model but always ended up using it twice on each section of hair, so I figured that by getting the 1" version I'd cut my styling time by half. Unfortunately, I found that the waves are not as deep on this 1" model as they were on the 1/2" version, so it gives much less volume to my baby fine hair. The crimps don't seem to last as long either. If you don't need as much lift as I do then this is a fine tool, but if you're looking for extra umph, definitely consider getting the 1/2 model and just spending a little extra time on your styling routine.

REAL REVIEW !!I did not expect the quality since the price is so cheap and there wasn’t that many reviews ... I can only assume this product doesn’t have as much as others because they don’t have to hire people . This product will sell itself !The first thing I noticed was how well it’s made. It also has a nice weight to it ( quality). You can put it on different settings of heat which I love.My hair is EXTREMELY straight and I can not believe the volume it’s given me.It’s extremely small crimps which at first I didn’t think I was going to like until I got to mid hair and couldn’t believe how thick it looks . Love love love!! I guess it’s only one picture per person so I figured I’d show the product! Just want to add that it gets really hot so it’s super fast to do and the clamps are easy to close .. I know some crimpers my hands hurt from trying to hold it shut. This literally is a count 1 and your done

I read so many reviews to find the perfect crimper! I am so glad I settled on this one. I have super long, thick hair, so the 1-inch was not ideal for timely crimping, but after about 4 hours, I had a head full of crimped 80's hair! My hair was so LARGE - definite volume! The crimps are very tiny, so if you are expecting something bigger, this is not for you. It got hot fast, and after being on for so long, it was super hot on the end grip, but nothing I didn't expect for what I was using it for. This picture isn't the best, but you can see the little "crimps" at least at the top of the part. The crimps stayed in all night with no hair product - this picture was not final product, but only pic I took of my hair during the process. Hope this helps! Excellent crimper for the price!

I’ve used it a few times but was afraid it will burn my strands off. The temperature control is not great and the crimped hair does not stay a half day even with hair spray. It just looks frizzy after a few hours.

Not to sound dramatic but this tool is life changing for people with fine/flat hair, especially at the top of the head. I want to achieve natural looking volume so i only crimped a few spots under the first layer of my hair, but you can easily build up the volume based on your hair type! The crimper heats up very fast and its so easy and fun to use! So glad i gave this a try! Tip for second day hair: dry shampoo the roots then crimp for max volume!

Apenas me estoy acostumbrando a usarla pero la verdad fue una muy buena compra estoy ¡feliz! Calienta super rapido y funciona super bien y se nota como no maltrata el cabello osea queda la textura pero se siente igual el cabello suave no como otras que habia probado :)
