Tasty and easy to work with
Makes perfectly fine lasagne, noodles are even less likely to fall apart when cooked than regular ones. A great option for those wanting more fiber in their diet, or who need to eat whole grain for other reasons.

Great product.
The Whole Grain Lasagna Noodles are very good. Especially if you’re cooking Lasagna. I can no longer eat white bread, white rice, or white pasta. Therefore, whole grain wheat products are better for me and so delicious.

Lasagna noodles are the best for casserole
The noodles are nice and firm when cooked and didn't fall apart in our lasagna platter

Tastes great
We couldn’t find these in the stores so I split a case with my daughter in-Law. Tastes great and is healthier for you.

The whiter the bread the quicker you're dead!
Okay.. it's not bread - but whole wheat pasta is better for you and seems to be hard to find for me. So I bought a case at what seemed a reasonable price. We make lazagne about once a month so this could last about a year.. good deal - great meal for a cheap price.. feeds us for days

Tasty
I prefer whole wheat pasta for its higher nutritional value, but it’s hard to find whole wheat lasagna noodles in stores. These are just right—they hold up well in lasagna, don’t get mushy, and taste great. They even work in recipes where you don’t have to precook the noodles. It’s great to have so many boxes because now I can make lasagna anytime!

The only way I could buy my favorite whole wheat lasagna
All of the grocery stores in my area seem to have cut down on their offerings of whole wheat pasta (penne and spaghetti still mostly available) and I can no longer find whole wheat lasagne noodles anywhere. I was reluctant to buy such a large amount but it was the only way to get any. I do wish they were available in a quantity of 6 rather than 12. I make lasagna about once a month so these will definitely be used up over time (the expiration is September 2020, so I will have to watch them for staleness/rancidity after they reach the "expiration" date). I use only whole grain pasta for the added fiber and nutrients compared to products made from white flour. I make lasanga without pre-boiling the noodles, just layer them in with sauce, vegetables, and tofu, and as long as the noodles are completely covered with liquid, they cook perfectly. Whole wheat noodles have a little more tooth feel than white noodles, something I definitely prefer.
