Playmobil Child in Wheelchair Playset

This was my first Playmobil purchase and I didn’t realize you had to put it together yourself. It wasn’t that hard but for a kid it might be tough. Love the positive portrayal of father with daughter in the wheelchair. Some people have objected to the doll but I’m sure it’s a translation error, somehow a caption of “Native American” was translated as “authentic” or “genuine “. It’s a nice little toy.

I needed a Playmobil dad to go with my other Playmobil characters that I keep with my small wooden dollhouse for my grandchildren. I like the fact, too, that the dad pushes a child in a wheelchair. It gently exposes them to children with physical challenges.

I think the price of some of the sets made me buy 4 sets

A lovely pocket money spend for my 8 year old girl. Well done Playmobil for bringing disabilities into play. A welcome breath of fresh air. Quality is superb.I'm happy to say that our new Playmobil friends have integrated well with their new family and have already been to the vets, on holiday, to the hospital, school, zoo, and rather alarmingly held their breath at the bottom of the bath for 30 minutes after falling out the speedboat!Top fact - Playmobil is a German company but most is made in Malta
