SADES SA903 USB 7.1 Surround Sound Stereo PC Gaming Headset Headphone with Microphone Volume-Control LED Light (Black)

I purchased this headset for working in a call center. Probably not the brightest idea, but sounded good at the time.Pros:very long cordlooks nicecomfortablesturdy constructionCons:LED indicator on the line only indicates when mic is muted - not when the speakers are muted. Huge drawback in my opinion, not just for call center use, but if I was gaming, I would like an indicator if the speakers were muted.Also, the placement of the indicator is just low enough as to get tangled in my legs after sitting for long periods and this causes issues because somehow my legs press the buttons on the fob and will mute the speakers/mic. I actually pulled the plastic top piece off and snipped the mic mute post that mutes the mic by mistake while trying to snip the one that mutes the actual speakers. So then I snipped the speaker mute one off, making both mutes inoperable from the fob. It was after all this that I realized my legs would press the volume buttons as well - essentially muting the headset again.There should be no fob, or it should be higher on the line. I would have preferred having it on the actual headset myself, but I'm not the manufacturer.I can't attest to the actual quality of the audio - as I am going through an IP phone system and it kinda screws with it on both ends, so sorry I can't offer a definitive opinion on arguably the most important feature.

This is a very nice headset. I am using for Skype for Business use in my home for participating in conference calls. They are big, without being heavy or bulky. They do get a bit sweaty with prolonged use, but I use a microfiber cloth to wipe the inside of the earpieces. Nice fold away microphone. Had no problem plugging them in and setting up the microphone in Windows 7. Ear pieces adjust nicely and stay put. I am not a gamer, but setting up the microphone was no problem. I am sure I will have no problems on my next conference call! I have not tested the 7.1 Surround sound capabilities yet, but straming movies get good sound! Very Comfortable to wear as well. May need to wipe the earpiece if you are a heavy sweater! Keep a towel handy.

these are they first gaming headsets i have purchased and they are pretty good. i dont really know if they are true 7.1 surround sound but i can say that playing some games i can really hear people behind me so i know they are surround to one point. they sound great and work for games and using as a skype headset. they are a little to loose on my head but might be because my head is small but also loose on my brothers head. not a down side since i dont really move while gaming just a critic i have on it. the leds are bright and great for me and the in line controls work just as well as they should. havent had a problem with them yet and the cord is super long so i dont have to worry about yanking it out of the computer while im playing (even tho i dont move that much haha) also for those wondering they do work on ps4 since they are usb powered. the program you can download from the site is fun and easy to use. it has voice changing software and you can the volumes for the headset from there. hope this helps people decide because it is a great budget gaming headset.

Great headphones. I can't even say for the price, but I've had $100 headphones that have more sound issues than this. The plastic is a tad bulky but that is the only downside.I've been using them for month for gaming and Skype calls. The bass is low and rumbly without giving you a headache and washing out your treble. They have a good fit for extended wear and done squeeze your head (I have a big noggin and I've had my fair share of too tight headphones that cause headaches). The ear pads are comfortable and great for 5 plus hour gaming sessions.I highly recommend you give these a try! If you are looking for quality gaming headphones for a good price these hit the mark.

Not a bad headset. For the price, the sound is actually quite good; although I can't attest to noticing any "7.1 surround", there is some minimal simulated positional audio. The microphone comes through clear. I have a fairly large head, and they fit comfortably. The in-line remote is easy to use without looking at it, the microphone pivots out of the way nicely when you want it out of the way, and the braided cord feels fairly quite high quality. The only major concern is the headband feels a little flimsy; still, they've survived a little casual abuse, a couple drops off my desk onto carpet and the like, and they haven't shattered or anything. Be a little careful, they should last you long enough to get your money out of them.

The sound quality was way better then i expected, sounds very crisp and clear. The mic took some adjusting within the software it comes with so that the people i was talking to could hear me. The software that came with it will not install if you are using windows 10. The headset will work without it but i found after installing it the sound quality and mic clarity for others was a lot better. It took me some searching to find the drivers for windows 10, they were in a .rar file so you would need something that can extract them. the only reason i did not give a full 5 stars was the plastic and overall build quality seemed kinda cheap but is expected for a headset at this price. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a good headset for under $30. oh and the drivers for windows 10 can be found here [...]

Extremely surprised by these. I wasn't expecting too much for the price, but they actually have amazing sound quality. The mic quality is also just as great. I boosted the mic volume settings and its perfect. Surprisingly comfortable, I have quite a small head and it fits great and has tones of adjusting ability.

Not bad for the price but not as good as I was led to believe in all the reviews I read and watched before buying them. Don't seal the ears very well (I hear anything and everything around), distortion at higher volume, and couldn't install the CD included, I guess because my PC is 5 years old... I don''t know! Kinda disappointed.

That is good but the cd doesn't work and should download drivers from internet.

Once I was able to get it to work, it performed well.
