There are two sizes. The one I bought was about 15-1/2 inches tall and over 12 inches long. The smaller one is a little over 12 inches tall and 7-1/2 inches long.

Hey, so the only pieces that are painted accordingly are for the boat itself! You will still need paints for detail! Once you buy the boat inside or on the back has the paint colors you'll need specifically for details like figures and the trees etc!
