Is this snowplow all plastic or part metal?

This snowplow is both metal and plastic. the plow comes apart easy and though you can put it back on, it continuously falls off. The silver 'lights' and 'stacks' break off easily as well. The kids still love to play with it

How many inches is the snow plow truck?

I can't access it this at the moment (its in my January tote). I'd say 4 inches (?)
