mophie waterproof juice pack H2Pro for iPhone 6 Plus/6S Plus (2,600mAh) - Black

Went to remove my phone as instructions stated. Case came apart in pieces. Contacted MOPHIE, they instructed me to contact Amazon, Amazon stated that I'd need to contact MOPHIE. I have been paddled back and forth. Neither one has been helpful. Not sure why I pay for this service.Wish I could put negative stars up for this.

Have to say I was expecting serious issues when I read all the reviews some good a lot of bad . I received the unit read everything that can with it , tested the unit in water no problems, however as in every waterproof phone case I did put water proof grease on the seals FYI helps a lot !!! So far everything works fantastic even my thump print security actually it seems to work better don’t ask why cause I don’t know just does the phones battery lasts about 12 hours more with constant use . If you want to hear a con well I’m use to having a 10 foot cord to charge while using I’ll have to buy a new 10 foot micro usb I have tons of 3 foot cords. Another con would be the power door port needs improvement I personally wouldn’t trust the one on it to being waterproof for any serious length of time I would highly recommend this to anyone . iPhone speaker don’t have great sound to start with so the sound isn’t any better or worse in the case I use Bluetooth speakers anywhere I go or Bluetooth earphones.

Extremely handy to have for traveling, outdoor activities, and everything in between. Only paradox is that I notice slightly worse cell reception with the case on and that tends to increase battery usage, thus mitigating the whole purpose for the case. As for the waterproof aspect: splash proof at best. The charging latch and headphone latch doesn't fit all that snug and can easily fall out. Case is slightly more bulky than my old Lifeproof nuud, so that's definitely a plus.

Excellent product great protection for the phone and the battery last and charge the phone fast the only think I saw in this cover that has to be work on is the speakers on the cover but besides that great product.

If you're expecting to listen to music, movies etc you may want to avoid. Muffles sounds. Overall very sturdy case and really not to bulky.

When I first saw this case, I was totally excited about it. I loved the Mophie Juice Pack Pro I had for my iPhone 4S. It was everything Mophie said it to be including protection from a drop up to at least 30 feet (accidentally tested). Anyways... I listen to music a lot on my current 6 Plus. The first day I had this case, everything was fine. The following morning, the sound from the speaker was edgy, I cannot plug my usb in my truck and expect the music on my phone to play without it sounding like a cd with a bunch of scratches, or to even play for that matter. The sound from the speaker is not as loud and can barely hear it ringing even with the volume turned all the way up. for protection it's great but if u love to listen to music, I would not recommend getting this case.

My case just one day stopped charging. Contacted seller. No answer. Was within the warranty period. DONT BOTHER. WASTE OF MONEY. HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED MOPHIE PRODUCTS. WONT EVER PURCHASE THEM AGAIN. NO ANSWER FROM SELLER.

I am generally paranoid about dropping my phone and recently have been using my phone a lot more than was usual so I bought this. The product is generally great but there are two exceptions.1) sound quality and microphone sensitivity suffer but this is obviously due to what they have had to do to waterproof the case.2) Depending in your screen protector you may find the touch sensor for fingerprint reading a little bit hit and miss. Admittedly I use a tempered glass protector from another manufacturer because I personally felt the one supplied with case was a little flimsy.

Renders the touch screen useless. Thumb recognition not realised. You have to 'touch screen' everything 3 or 4 times before it works. Frustrating and painful. Not recommended. Then you have the nightmare of trying to get your money back from Amazon. Its impossible to navigate your way to talking to someone at Amazon. Puts you off buying from Amazon.

I have using it when I am biking. Never dropped it or anything, but battery has died and do not charge at all.

Bulky but does what it's supposed to do.
