I thought the top was suppose to come with the table?

The top does come with table as well as a net that fits under the center to hold loose blocks. If yours is missing, call them please. Mine is used by 18 kindergartners weekly and roughly and well loved!

Can I get this table tall enough for an 11 year old ie 29 inches?

We can do a 29" height but it's not recommended for this table which is 16" wide.

Is this a reversible top that I could also use it for other activities?

This is not a reversible top. However, we make a (TC16) flat table cover that fits on top the table with underside insert to securely fit in the hole on top. This will allow you to use this table for other activities.
