I just finished assembling chair (probably took me 1 hour) and I find it rather comfortable. I wanted something that felt similar to my car seats comfort wise and this is darn close. Overall very happy with purchase but I now must say why it did not get 5 stars.The Bad:The instructions are terrible. The reason is not unclear pictures of method, but what bolts are what. They do not have different pictures of each bolt but still label them 'N' 'O' 'P' 'Q' 'R' 'S'. The problem is three of the pictures of these bolts look real similar. The other I had to guess. Two of them are easy to identify.My chair arrived with cracked plastic protectors that go around metal levers and cover metal plates. Not a deal breaker but annoying. Probably a shipping error.The bolt holes were the second biggest reason this took me longer than I wanted to assemble. The precut holes in the chair were off about 2-4 mm. I had to cut the material, stretch it and had a difficult time aligning my parts. I have had much experience with build your own furniture with no problems. This was ridiculously difficult in my opinion.The screws and bolts provided are EXACT so if you lose one better hope it is a 'P' bolt. (Easy one to identify)Had a difficult time attaching arm rests to metal plates due to placement of holes from fabric.Had difficult time getting back of chair to align with seat. The metal bars on both sides must be screwed and aligned a little at a time. This centers the back support cushion and puts even tension on the metal. Easier said than done.People are talking about a video and a website for assembly I did not see it or find it. But can't say I looked too hard before giving up.Overall happy with my purchase but I found this harder to assemble than I should.

So I received the chair about a week ago and it's an amazing chair for this price. I was looking for a theater seat but they were up $600 so I decided to try this out. Original price was $400 and then I got $100 off. I'm just going to tell you this chair is well worth it. It is easy to install even though the directions kind of suck. The material is really good. It's not super cheap. The part that you sit on it's puffy it comes with a neck pillow and like a lower back pillow, which I didn't know. Overall, I'm happy with this product and I think you'll be happy with it. This is not a chair that you want on a desk. This is more of a TV chair. Sit down, relax, play your games or watch a movie. The only thing that I notice is that the foot rest is a little bit lower. It's not that much high, but like I said this is more of a gaming chair. This is not a go to sleep chair if you're looking for a chair, I highly recommend this. It is good. It looks great and it doesn't rotate easily when you're sitting on it it stays in place. Like some chairs do by itself. Highly recommend get it

This is a really great chair with good cushions and great support. It’s the assembly that has been the issue in the previous reviews and after reading them I was prepared for a nightmare of an assembly. That is not (or no longer) the case! The chair came with some of the best instructions I've seen. The pictures were better than anything you would get from IKEA and included a link to a video that I never even looked at. The two tools needed (an allen key and a magnetized phillips screwdriver) were provided and all of the holes in the two cushions were punched. I’m guessing the seller made changes based on the reviews because the unit I received had straightforward directions and took about 1 hour to assemble.A couple of hints. When you are installing the side brackets to the cushions use the provided allen key (it will go through the female socket) to line things up, then hold everything tight and insert the screw. The PU material is a little tough to get through so you might want to "wallow" out the hole a little bit (it will be hidden by the brackets). I installed the L side bracket to the top cushion first and it has enough resistance to help you line up the right, adjusting bracket and line it all up.Also, my unit did come with both the neck pillow and the lumbar pillow. I’m very satisfied with this purchase..

The Gaming Chair is nice, it looks sporty as well as being comfortable. The cushions can be used if needed for extra support for head and or lumbar region or removed if you prefer. There is a footrest that pulls out that makes it sort of like a recliner, the backrest can lay back flat in order for you to rest if you want which is a really neat feature but, in my personal opinion isn't too comfortable. The high back on this chair is great and it comes up high enough so you can rest your head back on it if you like. The swivel casters allow you to glide easily over low carpets or hard floors. The pleather material covering the seat, back and cushions on this chair feels pretty durable. I love the height adjustment and tilt position levers on this chair as it is easily adapted for different size and shaped people.

What an upgrade for my home office! It's comfortable for hours on end, it tilts, and locks in upright position. I like that the back is fixed, so the entire seat and back tilt together as a single unit. I also like that it doesn't have pillows and straps and leg rest and all these types of extras which feel superfluous to me, it just does one thing really well. The arms are quite solid too (I've had other flimsier arms break on me, but these feel like they'll last). My only complaint, a minor one, is I wish the chair could lock in multiple positions instead of just upright lock. But really it's fine, it's quite comfortable to just tilt without the lock. Great deal, very happy I bought this chair!
