What a great product. Well-engineered and manufactured. Easy to hold and dials are straightforward. Good videos on the web site. Already getting results. But skip the app. Any business receiving identical app complaints over several yeas doesn’t care enough to spend money and fix the problem. An extra, different piece was included with NO explanation. Nothing in the boxed instructions, in the “activation” instructions, or on any YouTube instructions.Other than that works about as well as my other, ball bearing, appliance.
