I have a line/glitch rolling in from the top to bottom in my footage. What could be causing this?

If it is under indoor lighting with florescent or maybe even LED bulbs then it has to do with the 'rolling shutter' that is part of the CMOS sensor. You can try to change the shutter speed to 1/60 to see if that will help. As you change the shutter speed to other speeds you should notice a change in the speed with which it rolls from top to bottom.

I think you need to consider the APS-C sensor. That means it will multiply the lens length by 1.5. So maybe something like the 16-70mm f4.0 lens. That would multiply out to a 24-105mm. That would cover most photography needs in one lens. Of course if you ask this question of 5 different photographers you might get 5 different answers. I do know one thing for sure the Sony A6500 is great choice.
