No. It does not have its own elastic band.

Does this fit the weeks mega, sneaker?

Yes, it fits, but it’s a little on the snug side. I took my hairdryer to it for a few seconds and now it fits perfectly.

How do I use the bookmark flap? Mine is fused.

I had to peel mine apart. It wasn’t really separated. I didn’t find it a very useful bookmark though and wish I had left it alone.
