Best CLA for me so far. Fresh. Not rancid

Just started using it and have had no issues with any side effects or difficulties.Will wait and see if there are any results for taking it!Might have to use it for a couple of months to see results.

Not really sure how you confirm if this CLA is from an animal source or now, but I'm not a big fan of the subtle taste I get right when I'm about to drink the pill down.

Great! Do not expect some miracle pill. Obviously you need to eat healthy. I've been taking it for 2 months with awesome results. Online for body building it says to wait over 12 weeks for results but I saw them sooner.

Source is safflower just like all the others.

I'm not sure if I was expecting too much but I didn't notice any difference so maybe I will try again but don't want to keep taking something that is not showing any change.
