Bought this for my 92 yr old mother in laws watch as she couldnt work the leather strap. She was ok with this as it could be left fastened and she could get her hand through and tighten it with magnetic clasp. Adequate quality.

Whilst the strap is fine (if a bit thin), there are a few fundamental issues in my case.The magnetic holding the strap in position is strong, but not strong enough to withstand a certain amount of agitation, and because it isn’t wide enough to be stopped by the loop at the watch edge it is possible (albeit unlikely) that it could fall off.Additionally the magnetic IS strong enough that if it is placed near a mechanical watch (behind or at its edge) its hands don’t have enough energy to overcome the magnetic field, so the watch will freeze.Given this I returned the strap for a refund.

As others have mentioned, the magnet is not strong enough resulting in the strap continually coming loose. I've had a few of these from other suppliers over the years and this is the first one I've had a problem with.

Needed a replacement for original watch strap that failed and this item fitted the bill and good value with quick delivery, very happy with purchase
