Instant relief
Instant relief from second degree burns on my hands. Wen't camping and not 2 hours after setting up camp, I grabbed a hot pot lid and burned the hell out of my my pointer and middle finger tips. Instant pain and scorch marks across across my finger pads. Remembered that I'd helped my wife apply a glacier gel pad to a burn a few years ago that she swore by so grabbed the first aid kit and applied two pads to the burns. I now understand why she was impressed by it. This stuff is magical and you can bet I'll be buying more for each vehicles first aid kit. Pain instantly diminished. Pad is super soft so you can still use your hands without feeling every movement. I honestly can't say enough good things about this product.

Only used one, not impressed.
I took these along for a backpacking trip and got some pretty large blisters. I used on of these on the outside of my large toe and wasn't horribly impressed. They do keep the blister from rubbing more but I wouldn't say it instantly relieved pain or that it lasted very long. I think it was on for a few hours and then it started to rub and fall off. To be fair I was in a snowy slushy area so it could have just been too wet for the dressing to stay on but I'm not exactly sure if it did anything or not. They are kind of cool to play with though, I'll give them that. Not sure if I would buy them again because I didn't really see any change in the blister other than it being hydrated.

Never go hiking without them
I got these for a trip in 2013, and they were so useful for the blisters I got on the same weekend I was engaged that I made sure I ordered them for my summer trip of 2015. The cushion is good, but the medicated ointment is fantastic. If you're doing a day hike or two you might not need them, but they were a lifesaver when we camped out in Glacier and I found out the hard way that my boots were too loose. My mom as a doctor and my dad as a retired Navy corpsman were both impressed by the results of the dressings. After having large, fluid-filled blisters these dressings helped protect the skin and allowed fluids to be reabsorbed and the blisters to mostly heal themselves.

Best so far
I wish it were even better, but this is the best blister plaster I've tested yet on my hilly five kilometer run. It managed to stay in place, but barely attached to the Achilles tendon area of my foot where I have a bad blister (from the Reehut ankle weights I also bought on Amazon). So this is #1, followed by Nexcare Tegaderm. Everything else I tried didn't last even two km.

Does Not Work on Back of Heel
I have been doing 10K and 5Ks for the past 3 weeks and blisters have been a problem on the back of my heels. The blister pads sold by Johnson and Johnson are too small, so I have been on the hunt for someone that makes larger ones. I ordered this set. With the first one I opened it was so thin it wanted to curl onto itself right away. I had to throw the first one away and be more careful with the next one. I put it on and walked out into my front lawn and could already feel it pulling off. As for my opinion on them, I like how the jell center felt over the blister, but if it will not stay in place I will have to look elseware. If you have a blister and just want it covered this would be good. If you want to be able to continue to function doing what caused the blister keep looking.

Durable and effective
I have used many types of blister first aid over the years. This one works very well. Only caveat is that itโs so sticky, you have to get it on right the first time or you might have to try again with a new one. At least one of the other brands of similar items in the past would fall apart from my weight. These are quite durable!

Amazing
These are the absolute best for blisters that happen mid-hike. I was breaking in new mountaineering boots this summer and got blisters on my heel about 1 mile in on a 14 mile hike... Stopped and used one of these, felt so much better! They really heal as you hike, not just keep things from rubbing but actually fix the blister. I was able to make it almost all the way to the end before swapping for another one of these, donโt know what I would have done without them!

instant pain relief
I first used this stuff coming out of their blister kit. I had a very bad booster on the back of my heal from a 10 mile hike to our camp ground. We did 2 miles back the next day and I was not a happy camper. For our final day (the last 8 miles) I decided I wanted to use one of these instead of trying to suck it up.Great decision! It relieved the pain instantly and did an excellent job of protecting the wound. I bought a pack of these instead of the moleskin cause they blow the moleskin away. If you ever want something to treat a popped blister, this is the product to buy.

life savours
Ok so it didnt save a life, but they saved a lot of agony. Permanent fixture in my day pack and full pack.

Good gel for the burn, adhesive incompatibility
The gel helped with the stinging from the burn. However, my skin reacted to the adhesive and the healthy skin around the burn erupted in a rash.

Four Stars
These work okay but do not stay on very well. Need to be more sticky!

Better check whatโs in the package
So the package says 3 small and 3 large dressings, but when I opened up the pouch the first thing I noticed was the dressings have no labels as to size and there were seven of them, all looking identical. I tried feeling for the size but they all seemed very similar. So I opened them (not going to risk having the wrong stuff). Turn out they are all small (see photos). Thought this was maybe a one-off, but I ordered 2 pouches so I opened the second one and itโs identical. So the seller needs to do 2 things... label the dressing packages with size and put what you say in the pouches. You know, quality control. Only reason it got 2 stars is I have used them before and the small ones would work well, except Iโm sending them back.
