This is a great product for sore muscles. When you’ve been to the gym too long you’ve been working outside, working on your vehicle, whatever it is, you’re doing in your aching.It also will fit in your luggage quite nicely. I’ve been on a pink kick lately and this foam roller’s color is awesome! It’s a bubble gum pink and is too cute. The firmness is perfect. I just wish it was a little longer, but it’s still great for what I use it for.
