Excellent Quality! Looks amazing!
Overall, they look fantastic and were exactly what we were looking for! Quality product and packaging.Ordered two of the 21" x 21" planters. Easy to put together, just took a bit of time. The rust patina process was simple and easy as well. Only took 6 steps to get the patina level we wanted. The video on how to do it is very well done and east to follow. The included styrofoam inserts are a nice value and will definitely help insulate the planter summer and winter. Will consider getting some more for the back yard.

Putting together is for little fingers but overall results are amazing!
The fast rusting method works like a dream and is online under the Veradek quick rust method on video. In a day's time we had our planter nicely rusted. Putting it together required some finessing. The hub's fingers were just too big to get into the tight corners to put in the screws, so I had to do that part. One bit of advice, do not hose down after rusting or you will lose every bit of the rust effect. I opted to use a broom and brush off the residue before taking the planter inside. By using various strokes of the broom you end up with a stunning and unique rust appearance that is one-of-a-kind. Also, this is one heavy metal planter, so be sure you have it where you intend to leave it permanently before you put your plant in it. I needed a heavy planter for an artificial 7' silk Ficus tree in the living room, and I have two very rowdy Goldendoodle pups that would easily knock over the tree while rough-housing, so getting this super heavy metal planter and adding 50 lbs. of 5" river stones inside around the base of the tree ensures my little rascals are not going to tip the tree over. But the overall rusted appearance is absolutely gorgeous. I decided to leave it in rivulets instead of completely saturating the planter which gave it a really impressive two-toned appearance, but I really doused the top edge so the rivulets appear to have sprouted from water condescending on the top and trickling down the sides. It is really impressive. Even my husband was taken aback by the before and after results. I would and probably will buy another planter from this company in the future, as each one is different after rusting. Just love the uniqueness!

Sturdy planter
I was looking for a sturdy planter for our patio, and thought this was easy to assemble, and perfect for our patio. The exterior patina has a stainless steel appearance and over time has the oxidation appearance. Still new so its a process…will update a review once I can provide a timeline for the copper oxidation timeline. Very pleased with these planters for containing our plants.

They ended up looking nice.
I thought I had done a good job reading the description but guess not as these didn't come with the "shelf" inside to be able to plant a smaller area of this really large and deep planter. I was disappointed as it's going to take so much filler and dirt which comes with issues like the dirt settling after a while and the plants not having the position I have planned. They arrived in a flat box and were a struggle to put together but we did it. The styrofoam inside for the walls is good as it should help with how hot the plants get in a steel container. They are really heavy!!! THE PROBLEM with these planting containers is getting them rusted the way they should look based on the photos shown and the process shown in the video. We followed directions with the mixture and the first pot oxidized just as described and was not a problem really. We sprayed them so many times we lost count. MY PERSONAL PROBLEM was that I needed them to somewhat match as I was using them in a bed close to each other placed under a set of outdoor wall lights. A REAL PROBLEM was that the second pot obviously had a substance, sealer, etc partially on them which made the sprayed on mixture run off the pot and only oxidizing it in certain spots. It was a mess and took half a day to keep spraying to get it to resemble the oxidization on the first pot. In my frustration I finally tilted it to a flat position, sprinkled salt on the wet surface, and sprayed the fixture again, over and over. It finally began to eat through this "sealer" and begin to rust. By the next morning it was rusted enough to be set in place by the first pot. All is well but we spent two days putting them together and getting them to the rusty color shown in the photos online. I would never do this again. But they are outstanding in my garden!!!CAUTION: DO NOT skip the step of placing them on something to catch the spray so that the rusty liquid running off them as you spray doesn't discolor your surface. We spread a tarp, put the heavy pots on a small four wheel dolly that had a large piece of cardboard on it. We still had to keep watch of the liquid pooling and used paper towels to dab it off before running off the tarp. This was definitely a big project!!

Easy to assemble.
This is my second corten steel planter. I love the size them. They are easy to assemble and sturdy when constructed and heavy. I love the insulation. They are stunning when rusted. I have plans to use more in my landscape because they are so versatile. These are a good investment for the money.

Nice but suck putting together
Nice & sturdy. So far been to busy to rush the rust process so they have just been sitting outside in the storms. Got a little rust so far. Worst part was putting them together & finding out after i already threw them thay they suggest saving the foam they come with.

Well made, sturdy, beautiful, corten steel planters coupled with excellent customer service
Veradek has excellent customer service and promptly replaced at no cost one of the planters I ordered, which unfortunately arrived in slightly defective condition. Planter was replaced within a week without hassle or shipping costs. The steel planters rust perfectly to to their natural state, yielding a beautiful orange patina, especially when using Veradek's easy-to-follow accelerated rusting instructions using vinegar and Hydrogen peroxide (acid solution). After only 2 applications of the acid, and a few days time, they turn into these beautiful orange steel planter boxes - per photos attached (with a few more applications of the acid, they will become a uniform orange color). I purchased 2 of these cube planters with this order, and have purchased previously 4 of their smaller 9" x 9" x 36" planters, all with the same excellent results. Satisfied customer.
