I've switched from wraps to the figure 8 strap, it's not directly effected strength but it's had a positive impact on consistency. Occasionally wraps would slip, come loose etc resulting in missed reps or failures lifting - dropping, I've not had these since changing. All WSM competitors use figure 8 straps and I can see why now. With regards to this pair, very happy with quality, fit etc, like how they provided size options and when I compared these straps to my friends (famous/fashionable brand) they felt much more robust and better fit for use. I'm not the sort of person who deems a fancy design/pattern important when it comes to my training kit, these were far greater value.

Durable high quality straps, although a little small for my wrists, although this also depends on the thickness of your dumbbell/barbell

Have used these for many months and they are still getting the job done. They don’t rip or break and are so perfect for things like deadlifts or back rows. Highly recommend this

I wasn’t very hopeful about these after trying standard lifting straps and not getting away with them. You see so many people with the standard style straps and I hadn’t seen anyone with these so thought there must be a reason? I was so surprised at how effective they are and how much it has improved my training! I was worried they would be awkward to get off after a deadlift but they release as soon as you let go of the bar! I’ve used them on machines too, they’re so versatile. In my opinion they are easier to use than the standard straps. So pleased I tried them.

Great value for money good quality but I should of got the next size up but that’s my fault

I’m returning this item because it’s far too thick and rigid to wrap around a bar and stay on the wrist. It’s very well made, in fact it is excellent quality but I ordered size “L” which was far too thick and bulky to be of any use. I don’t know if a medium size will be a thinner strap and thus be more pliable. I still give it 4 stars for the high quality.

tried these as struggle with my grip strength. couldn’t get the hamb of them and went for hook grips instead.but seemed comfortable and good quality

These straps are great for weight lifting, especially with RDLs. It helps lifting weights that are too heavy to hold with your hands only.

Ordered size smalls, package has label that says size small bit the actual straps have tags saying “M” on them and based on sizing I’m almost sure they’re mediums. Seem well made, will return and reorder and see if actual smalls show up. 🙄
