Change is good!
I was in the market for a small-medium sized bag with a dedicated compartment to store my new 10.5" Apple iPad Pro. I stumbled across the Maxpedition Edgepeak and it immediately caught my eye.The Edgepeak is quite an impressive little bag that is loaded with features. The quality and attention to detail is in line with everything I have come to expect from Maxpedition. The bag is made out of a relatively lightweight and soft to the touch ripstop fabric. The ambidextrous shoulder strap and back panel offer plenty of padding and securely holds the pack comfortably in place. The Edgepeak stands up on its own when placed down on the ground and retains its shape when empty. The new webbing system is rock solid while remaining just as functional at a fraction of the weight as the old stuff. The outside zippers have a unique zipper pull that adds comfort and grip to the robust zippers. The front admin panel contains a neatly organized array of options with a place for everything you need at your fingertips. The molded sunglasses pouch stores my sunglasses and their protective hard case. The padded tablet sleeve is large enough to fit my 10.5" iPad Pro with the Smart Keyboard cover. The interior of the bag is roomy with two zipper pockets along the back to keep smaller items from piling up at the bottom of the bag. I carry a Maxpedition DEP full of goodies and a YETI 36 oz. Rambler inside with plenty of room for a rain jacket. The zipper to the main compartment opens in a curved pattern and allows for easy access to the packs contents. The Edgepeak is perfect travel companion. The bag fits under the seat in front of you AND can sit on top your rolling luggage! Simply slide the telescoping pole of your rolling travel bag through the concealed carry pocket and you're good to go.The bag is definitely smaller than I expected- but I consider that to be a good thing. This bag will force you to take a minimalist approach to your everyday carry; it allows just enough room for everything you need for the day and nothing more.On the negative side, it's still a sling bag. The top grab handle is quite thin, but it does not appear to cause me any discomfort...yet. While this bag is small, it is still capable of being overloaded with heavy contents which can turn a sling bag into a literal pain in the neck to carry. Pack smart!Maxpeditions new AGR gear line appears to have taken an old and tired Maxpedition gear line and launched them back into a heavy weight contender in the everyday carry market. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the Maxpedition Edgepeak. If I lost this bag today- I would buy a new one tomorrow.

Great EDC Bag!
This is a great bag! I drive a tractor trailer all over the Pacific Northwest and this bag is always with me. It's big enough to carry what I need, but not so big that it becomes cumbersome. I've got the main compartment packed with 4 separate packing cubes; Toiletries, Meds, First Aid, and Electronics. I've also got two Maxpediton companion organizers attached to each side; the EDO (Every Day Organizer), and DEP (Daily Essentials Pouch). The front lower compartment is perfect for frequently used items. I keep a survival knife within the side opening where one could put a CCW. I was a little skeptical of the new ATLAS attachment webbing. It appeared like it would be weak or stretch over time. It's actually pretty solid. A lot stronger than it looks. I like the less tactical overall look. People always ask what kind of bag it is. It's eye catching! Now for the bad... and it's not really that bad. I have an issue with the grab handle on top. It's strong enough, but it's quite narrow. That means the heavier your bag gets, the more uncomfortable it with be on your hand. Sometimes I don't have room to sling it over my back and have to use the grab handle instead. It's really nothing you can't remedy with a bandana or some extra paracord. The only other issue I have is the bottom of the bag. It's all material. A few years of plopping, scooting, pulling and pushing, and you're looking at some issues on the bottom. I would have loved to have seen some kind of rubber or hard plastic down there to protect the bottom of the bag. Still, a great bag indeed!

Best pack
Tried this pack out because of the size right in the middle good edc pack but not so big that you cant carry it around has decent storage compartments and coolest thing is it has a loop field with molly in the first compartment can stick any hook holsters or patches or use molly and attach anything that you want hook and loop or not and even comes with 4 velcro straps to hold stuff. And this pack built like a tank stiff like you know its not gonna tear and zippers a little stiff but after a few days of opening and rearrange your gear become nice and smooth also has a light grey fabric on the inside to make it easier to see contents my first maxpedition pack but if i knew how nice they were and the quality thier made with would have had one long time agao i take care and dont abuse by stuff now its nice to know i can and my pack will still be good to go. Fyi just to let fellow Macbook owners know a 13inch Macbook air or mac pro will fit in second section under elastic strap but not in the pouch in the back think its listed as a water bladder pocket but sadly the 15 inch MacBook wont fit under the strap. But it has room in the first section got some velcro from Home Depot and made some hook side straps and 15 inch MacBook pro stays nice and tight with room to spare. Use this as my I.T. tech bag and works perfectly.

Great Maxpedition quality
It is a great size, big enough to hold your travel or office stuff but not so big that it takes up so much space or is unwieldy to handle and drop behind the seat of your car. It does not look like you are going camping It can easily hold an ipad in a keyboard case. I also have a Lenovo Yoga 11s in it part of the time. Pens, pencil, notebook, spare glasses, a power brick and cables to fit all my devices. It looks subdued without being overly tactical.I wish it had a pouch for a water bottle but I added one. The main zipper could extend farther towards the bottom for easier access. Construction is perfect, this should last for many years of use.

This pack is pretty tiny, but good for airline travel since it should fit under the seat if you want to carry it as a personal item. It will also fit an iPad Pro 12, with no extra case, or it will fit an iPad Mini in a Pelican case.

Great EDC bag
Cool look. Spacious inside. Perfect to everyday cary and lots of possibilities to extend or individualize it. Only con: zippers running slow, bit hard to close.

Five Stars
Great EDC bag. Perfect size for just the essentials and enough attachment points for additional things as needed.

Particolare e funzionale, ma non sempre
Ottima come daybag però è rigida quindi un pò più scomoda della Lunada che utilizzavo prima. Sopratutto se dovete comprimerla nel bauletto dello scooter.
