Genuine Replacement Ear Pads Cushions HPAEC840 for SHURE SRH840 fit Also Audio Technica ATH-M50, Fostex T50RP T40RP MkII and Upgrade Earpads for Shure SRH440 Headphones

I've purchased 2 pair of these replacement cushions to replace the stiffer, harder cushions that came on my ATH M50 and my Shure SRH 440 headphones. I must say that these are much softer, better quality, and more comfortable than the default cushions on both pair. I find that I can wear my headphones much longer without any discomfort now. Loving it!!! In my opinion, these did not effect the sound quality on either headphone. Just serves as an excellent replacement.

Very well constructed, first month absolutely works as well as Shure original replacements for 1/3 the price!The prior pads lasted 5 years, so it will take awhile to see if these wear as well over time.

These are fine ear pads they just didn't fit my Fostex T-50s as advertized. too much hassle to send them back so now I wedge them between my head and phones and they "work." Oh well.

I checked all over the Web and no one could come even close to this price and provide this kind of quality. A sure fire bet, you want this product. Arrived on time as advertised.

Perfect fit on my Hifiman HE-500s. Great upgrade for a tad more comfort. Pair these with the Sennheiser HD600 headband pads and your HE-500s will be super comfy.

Great quality. Fitted my Foster T50RP headphones although it was quite difficult to stretch the lip of the earpads over the rim of the earphones. Once I got them on, they were perfect.

I picked these up for my ATH-M50 but they don't fit as snugly as needed. Every so often the pad comes loose, which has become more frequent over time. They feel great otherwise and don't seem to affect the sound quality but I'm disappointed that saving a little money ended up costing me in the long run. I'll probably buy a new pair specifically designed for this headphone and learn a lesson.

A massive upgrade on the ear cushions which come with the Shure SRH440 which are slightly harder and less comfortable than these.. These ear pads are very soft on your ears, and have a much better fit than the standard pads resulting in less sound leakage. The pads themselves are very well constructed, and these should last a fair amount of time.I'd definitely recommend these.

I can confirm that they fit ATH M50 as replacement pads. However, when fitted, they can be rotated around the structure. I do not see this happening unintentionally though. They are also much more comfortable (feel softer) than the original ones.
