Finally a holistic response to menopausal symptoms. I was experiencing high levels of heat in my body resulting in hot flushes throughout the day and exasperated at night. I'm guessing this may work for peri menopausal ladies. When I was peri, most things worked for a time. I'm well into the menopause now and although the flushes and night sweats are reducing, they are still uncomfortable. I hoped these magnets would work. I've been wearing them for a month and absolutely no change whatsoever.

I have to say I couldn’t do without this magnet I never write a review but felt I had to because it really does work I’m peri menopausal and my symptoms were absolutely soaked when I was in bed feeling down depressed emotional and totally exhausted I I literally thought I was dying it was that bad I really didn’t know what was happening to me then I thought maybe peri menopausal is what it is I have been on the magnets for a few months now and wouldn’t be without them within a day my sweating being soaked stopped and my mood just totally lifted my energy is brilliant so I have to recommend these to everyone I have taken one star off because the replacement plasters are so expensive it was £19 for 28 so that’s a lot if you are using a new one every day because they do get dirty just like a normal plaster so hopefully the price will go down I have been looking around myself for something to replace the plasters much cheaper and have been using micropore which is working not the paper one the one you use for stitching a cut it’s only £3 and I just cut a little piece off works exactly the same but thank you menopausal 🤗

I brought these as at the moment I will try anything as I cannot take HRT.... after reading the reviews thought I would give them a try, they are expensive but thought hey what the hell... I have only had them for less than a month but previous to that I have been in chronic back pain for the best part of 2 1/2 years from the menopause, since I have started to use these my pain has gone but my flushing and hot sweats are still happening, today I had an itch on the back of my neck to find that the magnet has burnt my skin so not going to carry on using this for a while.

Started to use these just under 2 weeks ago, following feelings of desperation around hot flushes and impacting on my sleep. Perimenopausal (i believe) but also had covid in June, so ? Long covid symptoms?Anyway the flushes were getting me down and i did feel despondent. They arrived with no warning and sometimes made me feel conspicuous ( in a restaurant for example, had to ask for window to be opened and used a menu as a fan...). The nights were terrible, had to have a fan on most of the time, bought 100% cotton vest and shorts for sleeping.Then these little magnets seem to have performed a bloody miracle!!!! It wasnt overnight, perhaps about day 3/4 when it struck me that i had had no flushes...I have used acupuncture before to treat anxiety but was slightly dubious about these and the price point seemed quite high at time of purchase.All i can say is Thank you so much. It's still early days for me - no results yet. I can accept that they may or may not work on different people, but I feel exploited by the cost of the replacement plasters - it leaves a bad association with the product, which seems unnecessary and unfortunate.

A friend told me about these magnets so I got them back in April to see if they would help me with my perimenopausal symptoms. I've given them a good couple of months and they really do make me feel better! I feel calmer and more balanced. The spare sticky cover things last a good couple of days, you don't feel the magnet on you. It can be tricky to get it in the right place but I got my husband to help me (I also tried it using a mirror). If you're perimenopausal/menopausal I recommend giving it a try. I tried the lady care magnet and just kept sticking to things and didn't feel any benefit, but I do think these ones have really helped me.

Doesn't work for me have given it a chance, 1 month maybe more but can't now return it so stuck with £50 worth of stuff that doesn't work ..very sad
