Pictures don't show how small this bag really IS.
I read the measurements before purchasing and looked at the pictures several times. I purchased for my teenage son. When we received it I thought it was the wrong backpack. It looks and feels extremely small. It looks like a child's bag. It holds his small chrome book and a couple of notepads and barely a water bottle. Not what we expected and in order to return it to order a different bag we have to pay $10. Feel a little ripped off.
