The footprint on this blind is 55"x55"… not 60"x60". Read the footprint size before you buy. Last year's model was 60x60

Roof support polesreplacement?

I would think you have to contact Ameristep directly, I have had good luck cutting saplings and using those for the support. They last longer and don't break.

Can you use a chair in this blind ?

Yes, I can fit I one folding camp chair in the blind comfortably for myself. I have squeezed in 2 chairs for my son to sit with me but its very tight with 2 chairs inside and we were shoulder-to-shoulder.

I’m 6”4 and tryna have another guy with me, but is this good for waterfowl?

This is not recommended for waterfowl hunting.
