Sticks to the bottom of the pan!
I used this for the first time yesterday. If I used it within the return period I would've returned it.I bought because I prefer using stainless steel and have other stainless steel pans, but wanted one specifically for frying. I liked the features of the above product. It arrived with some instructions in Chinese, which isn't helpful if trying to give important information. However I thought it be how I treat my other pans, but when frying yesterday, simple fritters, after the oil was hot enough, the fritters stuck to the bottom of the pan. Not fit for purpose. Really disappointed.
