Such an awesome cooler. It works great and is an awesome conversation starter.

Latches broke quickly. No response from company.
We have tried contacting company to purchase latch replacements with no success. Both email and phone. Very disappointed for the price I paid.

Great Customer Service
The cooler is great. All the bells and whistles. Sturdy construction, was everything I was expecting it to be. Where this company really stood out was the customer service. For some reason when originally ordered my package got lost. When I contacted the company they sent me a new one out right away. Had it in a day or two. Tons of compliments on the cooler as well.
