Awesome tool!
This is my go to for sourdough bread making. It is stiff in the center but the silicone edges easily scrape bowls and jars. Would purchase again!

Repurchase as a birthday gift after years of "testing".
I bought one of these and one of the "normal" sized spatulas pre-CoVid on the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen. It was their top choice. This time I bought two of those and one of these for my sister's birthday. (Hey! Don't judge me; her oldest said that a new spatula is what she wanted. So I gave her three.)They still seem to be as good as ever. The steel reinforcement bar might be a bit shorter - but not problematically so.
