Great watch does what it says
Maybe I have a different idea of what constitutes "complicated", but this watch is the least complex digital watch I've ever owned. I figured out how to set and use the watch in less than five minutes. No worries. The vibration alarm is perfect for me. I am a bit hard of hearing, and this solves a lot of problems for me. While the vibration alert might not be sufficient to wake me, it does quite well in alerting me to alarms that I've set for reminders. Both the alarm function and timer functions perform perfectly. If you need more than one alarm to set, I'm sure Casio has a watch with that feature. Just not at this price point.I've listened to the audible alarm, and I just can't hear it in ambient noise conditions. But that vibration alert works perfectly. The stop watch works well, as does the illumination. The illuminator is a sort of white light that appears to originate from the bottom of the watch face, and it makes the dial very easy to read in the dark.As far as the ten year battery, well who knows? I don't know when the watch was made, or when the battery was put in, so only time will tell. Doesn't really matter, as changing one of these batteries just involves some precision screwdrivers and a new battery. Takes all of five minutes to accomplish.Go ahead, it's a decent watch for the price.

Vibration Alarm is weak and gimmicky, but the watch is nice.
I love the display. It's bright and laid out so well with a day of the week, month and day, and time without the useless graphs that take up valuable space that are on a lot of Casios. The buttons to adjust the display are big, easy to press plastic buttons and not the tiny round metal buttons that can be hard to press. The big light button is right there below the display and the countdown alarm are also big positives. The only negative is that Vibration Alarm, which when it goes off feels like a finger is gently wiggling against your wrist for one second for five times, or like a very faint and mild static electric shock. Once it went off while I was moving around at work in a noisy environment and I didn't even remember feeling it. It might be good if your in a quiet environment with nothing on your mind, but I find the vibration just too weak. I decided to stop using it and go back to the beep alarm., which gives you the option of using either one. Also, my watch came with a scratch on the plastic face at the top, but it wasn't over the digital readout, so no big deal. Not worth sending back for a replacement. I figure it'll get scratched up over time since the display material is only plastic.Overall, I like it. I just knocked one star off for the vibration alarm not being as good as I expected and the scratch that looks like it was done in the factory since it was well wrapped up when it arrived.

Highly Recommended for Silent Alarm
I've had this watch for about a week and I love it. I highly recommend it for:1. Silent alarm function: I can wake up really early without waking up my wife who's a light sleeper.2. World time: I can easily see current time in another time zone.3. Casio quality: Having owned multiple Casios, I know this product will last. The feel and materials are top notch.4. I think it looks both rugged and humble which I like. It is smaller than a G-Shock and bigger than digital Casios.5. 25 $ is a ridiculously good price! My alternative for this was getting a smart watch and a decent smart watch would cost me at least 400$. Plus, you get proven reliability and 10 years of battery life!As yourself this question: Is a smart watch worth the money and all the hustle to keep it running?

Consistent Casio Quality
I have owned several Casio watches, mainly for work. Now, I'm retired and still wear one for daily use. There are a lot of negative reviews regarding the dark screen on this model. I have no problem viewing this screen. At first glance, if you are used to the lighter screen, it does appear difficult on the eyes. I would compare it to looking at a photo negative, (if you're old enough to remember film cameras). My advice would be to wear it for a day or so in order to get used to the different look. All of the buttons are easy to operate, especially the "light" button. You can't go wrong with Casio.

Bootcamp
Took it to bootcamp and it was the perfect watch. It passed the look inspection the size is great it’s not the most comfortable but it does what a watch does. The vibration alarm only vibrates for like 8 seconds and it’s a mild one but ig it gets the job done

Acuracy
The most import important thing to me is that it keeps accurate time. In my opinion Casio is probably the most accurate of the moderately priced watches. I sync the time with the naval observatory clock. My previous watch would be 30 seconds ahead within 2 weeks. This watch appears to spot on since my last sync 5 days ago. I expect this watch to be well within the the +/- 30 seconds per month as advertised. Not all of them may be this accurate. Depends on the crystal they used. Also easy to read. The illumination is excellent in the dark. Another important feature is it displays day, date and time on one screen. No need to push any buttons to get the additional info.
