My 22 year old son is bipolar, and has some coordination and learning disabilities. I can deal with his disabilities. But potentially violent episodes are a deal breaker, and they are scary. I had considered having him committed, permanently. I had searched for many, many years to find a natural product, from the earth that would help him. I was convinced it was available. So I never stopped the search. I have tried many products, but none really seemed to help. But THIS PRODUCT: Anxiety and Stress Essentials is a God-send. Like...literally. My son has had NO angry, confused bipolar episodes or crying fits since he began using this product. He takes his normal meds in the morning and before bed. I give him 2 anxiety & stress tablets at 3pm (in between). It works. It freakin' works! He says he doesn't feel any different, but he has noticed he just doesn't get angry or confused anymore. His mood now is always pleasant. In a few months, I am going to start weaning him off some of his other meds, although some of them he truly needs, and will keep taking. I absolutely love this product! I purchased these supplements to help with the stress and anxiety associated with living apart from my husband and son for 6 months after accepting a new job! My doctor prescribed Xanax, but even taking a half of a pill turned me into a zombie for days. A friend of mine told me that her doctor suggested taking Ashwagandha root, which is the main ingredient in this supplement. I can honestly say that this product exceeded my expectations in every way. I can take 2 capsules and feel a sense of relaxation within about 20 minutes. Best of all, I can completely function (no drowsiness or mental fog)!

My daughter is taking these to combat insomnia and anxiety and they work like a charm. We are looking into the underlying cause of her issues but she does need to sleep during this process. I have already recommended this product to others.

This product is working for me. I am cautiously optimistic. As a high strung, always in a hurry anxious Gemini, I needed something. I don't want years of trying to get the right combination of meds. I don't have stress and anxiety everyday but when I do this works. It does take about 30 minutes but once it kicks in it works.

This really helps my mom at 86 with anxiety she just recently started with. When we leave she gets all worked up. We see a big change in her when she takes them. We do morning and early evening. Only problem is she has a hard time swallowing the big capsules and chews them. She doesn't get them same good results after that. We tried opening and putting in her food but again not as good of results

I didn't think it was working but after 20 days of taking the supplement it worked.The stress from my life seemed to be less intense.I think $30 is a little high, minus one star.

This product is fantastic for helping your body adapt to stress and anxiety. My husband is a principal for s very busy school and uses it daily. We are very thankful for it.
