Jumbo 24" x 13" LED Neon Sign with Motion - "OPEN" with Blue/Green Tracer (Blue/Green/Red)

We are just starting a business and trying to save money wherever we can without buying cheap products that will end up costing more money in the end. Compared to other light up open signs, this one is by far the best value. It came quickly (2 days with amazon prime) and although lightweight, all of the lights work, the cord is long enough to reach the plug in we installed in the ceiling and the sign is highly visible through tinted windows and gets attention. Well worth the money we've spent as long as it lasts longer than a couple of months.

I reviewed all the signs available on Amazon and thought I had found a winner in this one. Unfortunately, I was wrong.Pros: All the LEDs worked, it says "open", and it is average brightnessCons: ALWAYS BLINKS - the sign is always flashing in a pattern which we find obnoxious. There is no button or ability to make it stay on all the time as a static sign as is standard with open signs. It is also NOT a "jumbo" sign - it is average size at best. It also doesn't include blued LEDS as pictured, only a row of red and green above and below the word "open." Not super bright as described - just average brightness.Overall, this sign was disappointing. We would have kept it if we could make the sign just light up without always blinking, but that's not an option. The brightness is only average, and the size is definitely average and not jumbo. If you want something that always blinks, go for it, otherwise I would move on to another sign.

Ok let start with the cons: Item was described as being Jumbo...wrong-average size. Also, no flashing blue lights on it. Only green lights display on item. Cord is really short...abt 4ft. No manual/instruction came with item. Loose screw on arrival.Pros: Item is visible from tinted window. On button on side. Light weight.

packaged well, delivered promptly, affordable, super light weight, easy to hang, very bright and noticeable, all lights working after a month, going to buy a second for our other businessonly con: the cord extends to the left making it difficult if your outlet is to the right, but for this low price I can hardly complain.

I've only had the light for 3 weeks such far but it came in in only 2 days, everything works as it should, and is still working fine! It is deffinetally cheaply made but seems to work just fine. It is very bright at night and still very visible during the day and the animation is very very catchy to the eye! my only complaint really would be that the cord is kinda short but not really that big of a deal. Oh and also the chain that comes with it to hang it from is pretty much worthless! so plan on an getting a different chain setup to hang it with! all in all seems to be a good light for the price and it has deffinetally paid for itself and then some in the 3 weeks I have had it!

This worked well for about 2 months then half of the lights in the "O" went out and the rest of the first half of the sign is dimmer than the rest of the sign.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sign. Heavy Duty - No, But hanging in my window looks and works just fine. Bright during the day and WOW and night. For under $27 i'm ordering another.

Hung this in our store window, direct sun only til around 10:30 am and air conditioned interior. After a few weeks, the plastic melted & warped enough that the hanging screws pulled loose. Destined for the garbage pile. Seller was responsive in their support but I would not advise purchasing this unit to hang in any window except maybe in Canada. Too bad, it was otherwise a nice sign. A few pennies more in the plastics and this would be great.
