This actually tastes delicious, and dissolves very quickly in water!

Tastes better than all the other amino acids I've tried thus far and dissolves instantly. It's on the sweet side despite no sugars. A few shakes in a water bottle and it's ready to be drunk. Not only does it have the strongest doses of amino acids top to bottom that I've seen yet, but it also has a bit of calcium as well as a sodium /potassium combo (for electrolytes). And last but certainly NOT LEAST is the fact that my container actually came mostly full compared to other brands I've tried. Theirs came half empty, or even mostly empty smh. I'm absolutely satisfied and going forward I'll only be purchasing this amino acid brand. And I personally recommend to anyone that's interested. And I can't prove it, but it kind of feels like it's absorbed into my body quicker than the previous brands I used..... this last point may be placebo talking.... but I'm mentioning it anyway lol.

It really works

My husband swears by this. He went 2 weeks without it trying to save money and was so sore. The day after I finally talked him into buying it again he wasn't sore anymore. This really does work.

Helps with sore muscles

It works well it helps get rid of the sorness after 10 hours of work and 1-2 hours of working out. But the only complaint is that it's a bit too sweet for me.

Made me tired and sluggish - tryptophan overload.

These made me TIRED. I thought I was imagining things until I looked at the amount of tryptophan in each serving. I think it's probably fine if you want to take it at night but I also didn't care for the flavor so I just ended up giving it away. I wish Gorilla Mind would keep their EAAs in stock but until then I guess I'm on the hunt for something that doesn't taste like chemicals and/or put me to straight to sleep.

Nutritionally it seems to be the best in its category, but the flavor is awful, and I've tried two different flavors.
