This is not a pigment, it’s just the shimmer, it won’t add much color to your paint but it sure as heck will add iridescence and shine to your existing paint.A bit messy if you aren’t careful. I may or may not have shimmery carpet, however, it is easy to mix with oil, acrylic, or even watercolor paints.

Got this because I like to make betta fish figurines and the metallics mimic natural colors very well, especially the duo brass violet for a betta copper color! I found it best to paint the underlayer first, and when it's just newly dried pass over it with a dry brush and the powder for a metallic sheen. Great product, thank you,

Some reviews mention how a few of these have less product in them. Well, that's because they do! Look at the labels and it clearly tells you per oz how much is in each one. Otherwise, these are beautiful pigments and work wonderful.

A little goes a long way! This brand of pigments has always been one of the best and most versatile on the market. They don't clump much and can be mixed into mediums or brushed on later. Mix with anything from clay to fabric paints for light catching accents.

Awesome product. I've used it with polyester resin, poly urethane clear paint and a couple of other products. Colors pop and the pearlescent effect is incredible.
