This is the best vinyl for outside use. The oracle 651 is the only permanent vinyl I use. Highly recommend!

Is this a fairly stiff vinyl. How thick is it

The is a very flexible vinyl. Not real thick. There is a clear protective coating that needs to be taken off before use. I use this for lettering on glitter pens and tumblers, cutting with my Cricut.

Will this work in cricut maker 3 without mat for long car banners ?

Yes it will. But I will never buy this again because it has a blue hue to it. And that slightly blue Hue will show through on your projects.

what side do you cut ?

If you are using a Cricut or Silhouette, you put the vinyl face up and then cut - and then DO NOT put your mirror on.
