Lance Gold-N-Cheese Baked Snack Crackers, Single-Serve 1.25 Ounce (Pack of 60)

Many years ago back in the 80s I use to get these crackers from our local pool. I loved them & could only find them in the summertime when we went swimming. I've searched for these crackers again and again over the past 30+ years and at times would find them in a random store then they would vanish again. I just happened to search Amazon for these crackers and I was stunned I could find them on here. As soon as our large box came it felt like Christmas and I was even more thrilled they tasted exactly like my childhood!

I love this type bag of snacks. I've had it as a kid growing up and loved it. The grocery stores didn't have them for too long, once they had them on the shelves, they disappear faster than Sonic Hedgehog can run at top speed. But after all these years, I still love this bag of snacks and I was overjoyed to find out I can get them online and we've been able to stock on them at my home and it's been a while and we're still having half of the amount left but we should have them last till a week before they expire which is in March so we're good with these for months. This is one of my smartest purchases ever.

Unfortunately, the flavor is nothing like it used to be, crispy, cheesy and fresh. Now they taste like colored soup oyster crackers no taste and pricey. Definitely not worth the money

These are great snacks. I prefer these of over cheezits. They have a lot of flavor and each bite is as good as the last. The bagged portions prevent me from eating a whole box of snacks. We ordered the pack of 60 and haven't gotten tired of them. We have been working on them for about 2 months now and they maintain flavor and freshness.

These crackers arrived 'popped' in the box and crackers were loose upon opening. The crackers themselves tasted not only slightly stale or not fresh, but also chemically weird, like the recipe had been changed with more additives or something. They are much more orange than I remember them being, also. Some of the bags were not cut properly from the machine also, so several were still attached to another bag (see picture). Disappointed as I was really looking forward to reminiscing with an old product I recall as being quite a pleasurable snack.

Love the product, love the taste. Only thing, and I mean ONLY thing I dint like was the bags weren't in a dispense set up. All bags were loose thrown into a box and shipped. Minor thing and First World problems I know. But it was a little disappointing.

Lots of bags were completely empty and some were slightly open and stale. I love these crackers, but I think they owe me for the empty ones and the open and stale bags. There was about 7-8 totally empty with the crackers scattered on the bottom of box and some just scattered throughout the box. Then I would say about 6-7 that were slightly open and were stale so I had to throw those out.The bottom of the bags seem to have not gotten crimped/sealed shut. Will send a picture of the bottom of the box after taking the bags all out......but this was after we had already taken out about 2/3rds of the crackers. I hope I explained this well enough......I'm really disappointed in what happened. Can't say I will purchase again......but i do love these crackers so who knows. :)

I've loved these crackers since I was a kid. They're at very few convenience stores in my area but I would always grab some when I went "home". So excited to find these on Amazon, especially for the price. Yes they sell them at the store for 99cents but you get 60 bags for $25 with free shipping. Can't beat it. Regarding the reviews of the flavor: They taste exactly the same to me as they always have- sharp cheddar and salty.
