I attach the long end the decoy so it swings free. I then run a three to four foot length of decoy cord thru the other end of the swivel and crimp a loop on that end to hang several on a carabiner. To the other end I crimp on a #1 swivel to attach a four to eight ounce sinker to hold the decoy in place.

lost a tuna because of quality.opened on its own, had to bend out, after that they started to rust
