Gets me my C needed and makes me drink water! Even my elderly Dad like it. Great for travel.

I typically avoid getting anything with this particular artificial sweetener, because it isn’t healthy for the body. That’s pretty disappointing. Other than that part, the taste is pretty good. The tablets fizzes up when you put it in water. It’s has an orange sweet flavor that has just the right amount of sweetness and flavor.I like that it contains beta glucan, which helps to remove cholesterol from the body.Overall, it has some health and unhealthy components in the ingredients. I won’t be purchasing these in the future.

This is a very easy to use product. Drop one tablet in water and let it dissolve. Nice flavor overall, I tried the orange flavor. This is basically a sodium tablet with your vitamin C and 5 of your B-vitamins all in one convenient tablet. I get dehydrated easily and often am looking for sodium to help rehydrate myself. So I find these tablets to help with that while giving me some extra vitamins in the process. During these times any extra support to my immunity system is welcomed. Seems to be a good product overall. Very convenient to take with you wherever you go. Recommend it.

This is good stuff. It's super similar to some name brand stuff I got locally but cheaper. I can tell that there's plenty of vitamin C in it because yellow wee....
