I’m already low on iron, so when I got pregnant I knew I needed a prenatal that had iron in it. A friend referred me to this one and at first I didn’t like it as it made me nauseous. But come to find out you have to take iron supplements later in the day after meals!After I started taking it 30 min- an hour after lunch I felt great! Have had no complaints and my blood work came back with normal iron levels which is great. Would definitely recommend in the future!

I had to air out the bottle as it smelled very musty and gross. After a few days the smell dissipated, and the capsules themselves have no taste, which is fine.

I tried different types of vitamins, so far these vitamins are easy to be digested, no flavors and doesn’t give me burning sensation. Highly recommended

I probably bought 3 bottles already. With my first pregnancy I don’t remember buying so much. It’s a bit pricey too so I had to switch prenatales I needed something to last longer.

The flavor and smell is AWFUL, it has a metallic and yeast smell and taste to it. HOWEVER, these vitamins have done great wonders for my hair and nails, so I continue to take them every day!----I am not pregnant----

I haven’t been able to examine how these are making me feel yet. I hope I’m getting a nutritional value from them.The taste is unbearable. I’m surprised people aren’t mentioning this more. Wouldn’t a pregnant woman be turned off by it? I need to practically throw them in the back of my mouth and swallow them with a cup of water to minimize the taste. I have some vegan vitamin D3 gummies that I chew up right after I take these pills.

Easy to swallow, after taste is a little gross. Overall great prenatal!
