How are these for nursing at night

I bought these as a gift and we’re still awaiting the baby. The top seems to run a little small. I quickly exchanged for the next size and size is now perfect.

What size would you buy if your 23 weeks? Size up or your normal size?

Your normal size. They fit comfortably!

Does the top have a shelf bra so that I can still wear the nursing pads?

No. The top wears like a normal top. You’d need to wear a nursing bra underneath in order to support leak pads.

Made of it mostly cotton?

No it’s a very soft jersey material. Very stretchy and the bottoms have a drawstring and button like kids pants so you can tighten as you lose baby weight. Best purchase I made for myself.
