This is not as easy as it looks. But once you figure it out and find your groove, it's an easy and solid workout. My 1st try I barely could do 5 minutes. Second time, I worked up to almost 10 minutes without dropping the weight.

Product was easy to assemble and has held up well with daily use. I just had a baby and typically wear an XL shirt pre-baby and I had to take exactly 1 link off for a good fit. So can fit heavier people but probably not much more than that before extra links are needed.

I do not like the loud rotation of the ball and it hurts when it falls below the belly

Its not what I expected. Its heavy. The weight that spins around kept getting jammed. Not easy to use.
